1 酚类化合物及苷类
香荚兰醇（vinillyl alcohol）、香荚兰醛（香荚兰素，canilline）天麻苷（天麻素，gastrodin）、对羟基苄醇（P-hydroxybenzyl alcohol）、对羟基苯甲醛（p- hydroxybenzaldehyde）、3，4-二羟基苯甲醛（3-4-dihydroxybenz-aldehyde）、4，4ˊ-二羟基二苯基甲烷（4，4ˊ-dihydroxydiphenyl methane）、对羟苄基乙基醚（p- hydroxybenzylethyl ehher）、4，4ˊ-二羟基二苯醚（4，4ˊ-dihydroxydibezyl ethen）、4-乙氧甲苯基-4ˊ-羟基苄基醚（4-ethyloxytolyl- 4ˊ-hydroxybenzyl ether）、三[4-ß-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧苄基]柠檬酸酯（tri-[4-ß-D-glucopyranosyloxybenzyl]-citrate,parishin）、4ˊ-羟基苄基甲醚（4ˊ- hydroxybenzyl methyl ether）、4-（4ˊ-羟基苄氧基）苄基甲醚（4-[4ˊ-hydroxybenzyloxyl]- benzyl methyl ether）、双（4-羟苄基）醚单-ß-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷（bis[4-hydroxybenzyl]-ether-mono--ß-D-ghuco pyranoside Gastrodioside）。
2 甾醇及有机酸类
ß-谷甾醇（ß-sitosterol）、胡萝卜苷（daucosterol）、柠檬酸（citric acid）、柠檬酸对称甲酯（symmetricalmonomethyl citrate）、琥珀酸（succinis acid）、棕榈酸（palmitic acid）。
3 多糖类
含三种杂多糖：GE-Ⅰ、GE-Ⅱ、GE-Ⅲ。
